Chosen of Kore
Chosen of Kore was originally released under the title Bellica, back in 2011. In 2023 I took it and the sequel, The Jade Star of Athering, down from all retailers with the intent to relaunch the series.
Originally I had planned on doing only minor text updates for Chosen of Kore and completely rewriting Star of Ixchel (formerly The Jade Star...) from the ground up. I shared chapters of Chosen of Kore in the Wild Circle after those text updates.
However, I realized text updates are not enough. I am rewriting Chosen of Kore as well, though not as brutally as I am the second book.
Rewritten chapters are being posted in the Circle, free for all followers, as I write them. The book is slated for release in November 2026, assuming I stay on deadline.
As I release the new chapters of the book, the old chapters I shared after text updates will become for paid supporters only. The new version will remain free to read for all followers.
